Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains what the dentiq.io website collects and what it does not, and how data is treated inside the DentIQ system. Operator: DentIQ, Baghdad, Iraq.
1What this website collects
The website does not ask you to create an account and does not store what you write in the demo-account form.
When you press "Send on WhatsApp", a WhatsApp chat opens with your message written in it, and you are the one who sends it. What you send reaches us through WhatsApp or through your own email, and is also subject to the policy of the service you sent it with.
2Measuring visits
We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to learn how many visits the site gets, which pages are read most, where visits come from, and how our adverts perform.
These two services place cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings, and the site keeps working as it is.
3What we do with your message
We use your name, your clinic's name and your number to answer your request and send you the demo account. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
4Clinic data inside the system
The clinic owns its patients' data. We run the system and keep the data on the clinic's behalf, and we use it for nothing but running and supporting the service.
Clinic staff see only what their permissions allow, and each clinic's data is kept apart from every other clinic's.
5Storage and protection
A backup is taken automatically every day with a copy kept off the server, the server disk is encrypted, and connections to the system use HTTPS. The security page has the details.
6Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it.
Patients of a clinic should address their requests to their clinic, because it owns their records.
7Updates
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
