This page states what we actually do to protect your clinic's data, and nothing more.
Daily backups
A backup of the system's data is taken automatically every day, and a copy of it is kept off the server.
Encryption
The server disk is encrypted, and every connection between your browser and the system uses HTTPS.
Each clinic's data is its own
Every clinic has its own address, and every record in the system is tied to its clinic: the staff of one clinic cannot see another clinic's data.
Who sees what
Ready-made roles (owner, admin, dentist, assistant, secretary, cashier) with detailed permissions the clinic owner can change. Each member of staff has their own account and password.
Who did what, and when
Each tooth's history keeps the name of whoever changed its status and when. Payments are never edited or erased: a correction is a recorded refund against that payment.
Your data stays yours
Reports export to Excel and CSV, and a patient's full file prints as a PDF. Patient files are archived, never deleted.
