1The service

DentIQ is a system for running dental and aesthetics clinics, provided over the internet. These terms govern use of the website and of the system.

2Accounts

The clinic is responsible for its staff accounts and their passwords, and for what is done through them. Tell us at once if you suspect access that was not authorised.

3Fees

The setup fee is paid once, and the subscription is paid yearly. Current prices are given on request.

4Clinic data

The clinic's data and its patients' data belong to the clinic. The clinic is responsible for its accuracy and for obtaining whatever consent its patients must give. We process this data only to run and support the service.

5Acceptable use

The system may not be used for an unlawful purpose, to try to reach another clinic's data, or to disrupt the service or test its defences without our written permission.

6Not a substitute for clinical judgement

DentIQ is a tool for organising and recording. Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the treating dentist.

7Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and protected, and we take daily backups, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.

Our liability for any loss is limited to what the clinic paid for its most recent year of subscription.

8Ending the subscription

The clinic can stop its subscription whenever it wishes. Before it does, it can export its reports and print its patients' files as the system allows.

9Law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. If we change them, we update the date at the top of the page.
